Perforated S/S Elements with 0.8, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4 or 5mm perforations are standard, however, for finer filtration requirements; woven stainless steel to 5 micron is available.
Where woven wire of less than 150 micron is employed, O-rings are fitted to the element ends to ensure a perfect seal.
The modular design of CLAM Cast Steel ‘Y’ Strainers; allows dimensions, end configurations and element size to be adjusted to suit specific requirements.
All strainers have surface areas exceeding 10 times the nominal bore size to minimize pressure drop.
